Carolyne is a second year college student in DC. She likes reading, writing, music, and (now, apparently) shouting into the void via longform blogging. Her favorite books are Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Bad Feminist by Roxane Gay, Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell, and Why I’m No Longer Talking to White People About Race by Reni Eddo-Lodge. She is passionate about curating discussions on race, promoting intersectionality, and sharing the Asian American experience. She asks that everyone who reads her work take what she has to say into consideration, but also not take it too seriously. It’s just a blog, folks.
